YOUR ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join an established team being responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Exciting topics in a fast-growing and constantly changing environment guarantee you challenging and interesting work within an international business consulting company, where you will be viewed as a true partner to the business consulting areas. It is a varied, exciting and demanding role where you will be required to build strong relationships and it is key that you can work under pressure, have excellent attention to detail and are able to use your own initiative. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partnering successfully with various leaders within the business to identify their hiring needs and subsequently build suitable talent pipelines.
• Engaging great talent across the various open roles within the business – everything from directly sourcing and identifying top talent, through to managing the full hiring process by using relevant tools
• Building brand awareness and working on diverse attraction strategies (i.e. organizing and attending recruitment fairs, events and meeting talented young graduates)
• Create, coordinate and send bi-annual Capco digital alumni newsletter and run alumni events
• Participate and play a key role in assisting the Global Recruitment team to develop, implement and deliver various Recruitment initiatives & projects

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant 2-3 years professional experience in 360° recruiting within an international company and/or recruiting agency, ideally within Consulting and Financial Services industries
• Experience with active sourcing, social media and a variety of recruitment tools
• An aptitude for problem solving and independent thinking – you will be able to ‘think outside of the box’ to help deliver requirements
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Excellent communication in German and English, French as a strong plus
