For a project with possibility for extension/internalization at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated

Recruitment Support - Administration

In this challenging role, you will support the recruiting team responsible for the Wealth Management division of our client.


Your Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of practical experience in an administrative function and/or recruiting function (human resources and/or compliance)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (university or university of applied sciences) or equivalent education
  • Knowledge of HR processes and tools is a great advantage, preferably in the area of recruitment
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good troubleshooting, quality compliance and problem solving skills with a "can-do" attitude
  • Results and team oriented personality with high ability to work under pressure and independently in a structured manner while meeting deadlines
  • Fluent in English with a very good knowledge of written/verbal German or French

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist in cleaning up data documentation on an ad hoc basis such as basic review of records in the internal sourcing database
  • Support recruiting coordinators with day-to-day recruiting activities such as scheduling interviews for senior candidates and consolidating interview feedback
  • Basic review of candidate resumes (after onboarding)
  • Provide administrative support for updating internal SharePoint, documentation and templates
  • Drafting meeting minutes
