Regional Production Manager EA (m/f)

Your tasks: Lead the production organization in Switzerland, Netherlands, Croatia and Turkey • Ensure processes are well defined and adhered to statutory & customer requirements • Meet & exceed the target volumes • Actively drive continuous improvement of production processes by using Lean Six Sigma • Collaborate closely with the different stakeholders in order to ensure customer orders are delivered safely, at quality, on time and at cost • Establish, maintain and develop a well-balanced flow production by using visualization, one-piece flow and sequencing of production orders • Ensure changes to the operations undergo the defined release process and ensures that the defined standards are met, e.g. 5S and Production planning done fully and solely within ERP system • Develop the managers and employees in a proactive way • Participate in local and international projects and know-how transfers

Your qualifications: Experience in production management, ideally from a paper - or board making industry • Proven ability to delegate, lead and motivate teams • University/Engineering degree • Advanced English language knowledge written and spoken is a must • High sense of responsibility and self-motivated • Good numerical skills and being comfortable to work with data • Planning and organization skills • Green Belt Lean 6 Sigma • Experience with TQM, Toyota Production System, ISO 9001 and ERP Experience (preferably SAP) • Communicative and open-minded, inspiring and motivating • Strong personality who remains calm under pressure • Strong drive to improve and to question status quo • Has an own opinion, but can hold the view of the management team • Analytic, being able to think in concepts and pragmatic
