Job Summary

At Huisong, we are looking for a motivated, passionate, and experiences Sales Director to join our global team! As our Sales Director, your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain high-quality business opportunities by implementing a sustainable sales strategy and building a strong and talented team.

Sales & Marketing
  • Discover and develop new customers and market opportunities in Europe
  • Maintain and grow business relationship with existing clients
  • Maintain and improve Huisong’s brand image and reputation in the region
  • Set and achieve sales targets for the organization
  • Develop new products and services for customers in the region
General Management
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop Huisong’s short and long-term sustainable growth strategy in the European market for the next 10-15 years
  • Develop and enforce general management policies, guidelines, SOP, and documents
  • Expand and grow Huisong’s presence in Europe by recruiting and onboarding new talent
  • Provide professional guidance/training for new talent
  • Assist in developing performance review for new talent
Qualifications And Skills
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Education And Experience Requirements
  • 6+ years of sales experience in either nutrition supplements, foods & beverages, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrances manufacturing or distribution companies
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor’s degrees in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields
