Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in the areas of Surveillance, Financial Crime Protection, and/or PMO. As a Staff Augmentation Specialist, you will work closely with our clients, providing expertise and assistance in compliance-related tasks.

Location: Zürich

Start date: 10.07.2023

Duration: 3-6 months - with possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise in regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Assist in the implementation of compliance programs, including surveillance and financial crime protection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute compliance strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in existing compliance frameworks.
• Support project management activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Your skills:

• 3-8 years of relevant work experience in the compliance banking sector.
• Strong compliance background with practical experience in Surveillance, Financial Crime Protection, and/or PMO.
• Proficiency in English and German (nice to have).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
