Do you have solid experience with the information systems operations environment, in systems analysis or development, and a solid background in release management ?

Our client, a major private bank in Geneva, is looking for a Software Release Manager. You will be key to the success of new bank application releases and the integration of new systems.

Responsibilities
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope
  • Schedule and quality while measuring and monitoring progress to ensure release readiness
  • Establish a proper configuration management methodology across development teams
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams
  • Act as a central point of contact for all configuration management related activities
  • Produce Deployment, Run Books and Implementation Plans and work with release engineers to understand impacts of branches and code merges
  • Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in continuous integration implementation
  • Strong technical skills
  • Experience in developing scripts and automation tools
  • Experience in maintaining a release repository to manage key information : build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification list.
  • Strong communication skills in French and English.
