To support our Front Office Team at Arenas Resort Schweizerhof in Sils-Maria we are looking for an upbeat and inspiring personality from the June until October 2022, with pleasure also for further seasons.

Your Exciting Field Of Activity
  • You are the first contact person for our guests
  • You look after our guests during check-in and check-out
  • You receive inquiries and reservations and process them in MEWS
  • Active selling of our hotel offers and upselling at check-in
  • Billing and billing controls
  • Voucher orders from acceptance to shipping
  • Ensuring communication with all other departments
  • General administrative tasks in the reception area as well as F&B
  • Control and closing rounds
  • Execution and control of the daily closing of all outlets You ideally have the following qualifications:
  • You have already gained professional experience in the field of front office, a completed vocational training in the hotel industry, gastronomy or tourism is an advantage
  • Good oral and written skills in German and English, any other language will be appreciated
  • You have good computer skills and possibly already experience with the MEWS reservation program
  • You are characterized by a high resilience and exact way of working
