CONTEXT

Richemont owns some of the world’s leading luxury goods Maisons, with particular strengths in jewelry, fine watches and premium accessories. Within an international and multi-branded environment, Richemont Customer Service (RCS) mission is to:
  • Define and implement a global client service strategy
  • Organize and oversee the worldwide service network for all products (repair platforms in 22 countries).

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
  • Support Group Customer Services team in various projects, such as:
    • Take part in defining and implementing customer service guidelines for specific lines of products: watches, jewelry, and accessories
    • Support the continuous improvement of our repair platforms (lean and visual management, repair processes)
    • Redefine performance measurement framework
    • Participate in the digitalization of our activities
  • Actively manage stakeholder relationships across Richemont Maisons and RCS Regions, under the guidance of Senior project managers
  • Adopt a customer-centric mindset for Richemont to turn customer service into a competitive advantage
  • Provide analysis and insights, drive project implementation
  • Develop a robust knowledge of the luxury industry and customer service

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE ?
  • Engineering or Business degree
  • Good speaking and writing skills in English, French preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and dynamic, you take initiative and enjoy business and technical challenges
  • At ease to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and matrix environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Available for a period of 12 months
  • Willingness to travel
