We are recruiting:

Sales and Admissions Officer

80 to 100 %

Your mission:

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team in a multicultural environment. Your main mission in this position will be to ensure communication with our future students until their onboarding.

You will be working in close cooperation with the director of the undergraduate admissions

You will answer queries by potential students and post information on the Institute’s website as well as the social media.

You will assist applicants in their enrolment process.

You will organize on campus and online events for potential students and communicate information such as application requirements and deadlines.

You will be working with the CRM system of the Admissions Office.

Your profile:

You have experience in sales and admissions in a higher education institution

You have a valid work permit or EU citizenship

You hold a university degree

English is your mother tongue or you speak it fluently

You have good communication skills and you can work independently

You enjoy promoting and convincing

You have proficiency using marketing tools such as Canva and MailChimp

Experience in developing social media campaigns and engaging with social audiences
