Sales & Marketing Associate

Tameo is looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Associate who will support the company’s sales and marketing strategy and play a driving role in building new client relationships, generating global visibility of the company in an impactful industry and reaching ambitious growth targets.

Key tasks:

Sales

· Contribute to the implementation of Tameo’s overall sales strategy, including working towards key business targets

· Support the prospecting and targeting activities, and maintain effective relationships with clients

· Support an effective sales organization, including managing the CRM system, prospect tracking and reporting

Marketing

· Contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing plan

· Manage media relations, monitor media coverage, distribute press releases

· Manage content creation, website content and social media posts

· Prepare marketing and communication material

The Sales & Marketing Associate reports directly to the CEO.

About your profile:

· Degree in business administration, communications, public relations, marketing or related field

· At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the sustainable finance industry

· General knowledge about the impact investing ecosystem and familiarity with the industry’s developments

· Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, team-player, client-focused and results-oriented

· Swiss/EU national or valid Swiss work permit

· Very strong project management and organizational skills

· Experience using CRM systems to track information and conduct analytics

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or bilingual proficiency). Proficient in French, German and/or Dutch is a plus

· Experience in updating website content (WordPress…)

· Experience with content creation and graphic design (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva)
