We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as per now

Tasks

Your mission:
  • Support in different administrative tasks within the sales department (offers, orders, invoicing) for Swiss & International Market
  • Support and coordinate shipping of orders to customers
  • Follow-up customers reservations and auto-replenishment of retailers
  • Handle various correspondence and e-mails, live chat with customers and partners
  • Ensure answering main company phone, reception and guest services
  • Support in organizing necessary material for upcoming events/partners in Switzerland & abroad
  • Backoffice replacement (holidays, various absence)
Requirements

Your skills:
  • Completed apprenticeship as commercial employee
  • At least three years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Strong skills to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, organizational and independence skills
  • Bilingual French & German, excellent English knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of usual MS Office tools as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure, outdoor sports, young / dynamic)
