Job Description – Duties:

The Sale Assistant is an ambassador of the brand, responsible for following and implementing in their store, the indications, action plans and decision-making of their direct manager. And ensure, along with the rest of the team, that they work as a team and aligned with the Parfois strategy.

We are looking for availability to work on part-time shifts.

This is an opportunity not to be missed in our store located in Manor Emmen (Stauffacherstrasse 1, 6032, Emmen).

Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure positive attitude and attention to the customer: empathetic greeting, approach, showing diverse product options, and closing the sale, in order to provide an excellent buying experience to all customers.

- Contribute for the growth of omnichannel in-store selling and customer acquisition, demonstrating the added value of these tools to all customers.

- Ensure and contribute for the development of commercial and product strategies established by the company and shared through the direct manager, to improve the results of the store.

- Know the store, warehouse, furniture, MV portal, quantity and variety of product in order to streamline the daily work in the store and speed up the sales process and customer response.

- Know and interpret the main Power BI reports (namely, store operation), to better understand store performance.

- Monitor and ensure tracking of store goals and KPI’s (conversion rate, average ticket, cross-selling), jewelry sales, calendar/daily flash, email, etc., ensuring that all operation processes are correctly followed and that sales targets are met.

- Collaborate actively in the planning, preparation and realization of commercial campaigns and digital activities.

- Ensure the fulfillment of visual merchandising indications and correct store image, in organization, profiling, replenishment and store cleaning, the correct product display, permanent and new collection display, adapting when necessary the product display in store, always with the approval of the direct manager and the support of the VM, in order to maintain a "clean" and commercial image of the points of sale.

- Secure the guidelines shared by the brand and the direct manager, regarding uniforms, schedules, choices, opening and control of goods, stocks, exchanges, returns.

- Ensure a correct organization of the product in the warehouse, to guarantee the quality of the article, correct stock and speed in the sale and replacement.

- Control and minimize the loss of stock in stores (receipt of merchandise, stock adjustments, floor management, alarmed and labeled product).

- Execute the procedures for opening and closing the till (POS terminals, computers and other store equipment) customer returns and refunds and the recording of sales and receipts, for the correct management of cash procedures.

- Knowledge of foreign languages.

- Information Technology: knowledge of MS Office.

- Valid permit to work in Switzerland.
