then here is the perfect opportunity for you to join our Team as Sales Associate within our Montblanc Boutique in Zürich.

You will be successful in this position if you are:

• Able to create and build long-term relationships with your clients by offering them exemplary service and client experience.
• Interested in knowing everything about our products and engaging customers with the collections best suited for them
• Results driven and able to achieve sales targets, monitor individual/collective sales goals and identify opportunities to gain new local/international clients and increase sales
• An Ambassador of Montblanc in the Boutique as well as at external events
• Contributing to the smooth running of the Boutique operations (Boutique maintenance, inventory, goods transfers, security procedures…)

Your precious skills we are looking for:

• A proven track record of establishing and growing strong Client relationships
• Retail or hospitality background, watchmaking knowledge is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills
• Confidence in handling high-value transactions
• Client & Service orientation
• Team spirit, “go-getter”, “hands-on” and positive mindset
• Thinking out of the box.
• Fluent in (Swiss) German, English and another language is an asset
