Tasks:

  • Self-training on the services, products and solutions offered by ITSS to its clients;
  • Update the CRM to have a customer and operational prospects base;
  • Contact customers and prospects to inform them about ITSS solutions and products services;
  • Pay attention and update the CRM according to customer needs;
  • Respond to calls for tenders issued by customers (RFI, RFP ...);
  • Organize customers meetings plan (business trips);
  • Answer to customer needs with simplified proposals (excluding RFI, RFP);
  • Organize ITSS products documentation presentation;
  • Organize meetings between ITSS pre-sales and customers;
  • Inform the ITSS hierarchy of the progress;

Profile:

  • Students at the end of their studies;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Quick-witted;
  • Fluent in English and speaking a 2nd language such as Spanish, Arabic, German or French;
  • Highly motivated.
