Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded individual to join our GKA team as Sales Business Support Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating the vision for GKA Sales tools and processes, identifying the roadmap to achieve our goals, and implementing the necessary steps to drive success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations in WW locations to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales methodologies, and a passion for process improvement.

Responsibilities:
1. Create Vision and Strategy
  • Define the vision for GKA Sales Tools and Processes, in line with the organization’s overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation within GKA Sales & Operations function.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges and translate them into actionable plans.

2. Roadmap development
  • Create a roadmap outlining the key indicatives, milestones, and timelines necessary to achieve the vision and goals.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, resource availability, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to the roadmap to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.

3. Implement and Execution
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the execution of sales tool and process initiatives
  • Collaborate with leaders to understand their requirements and ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes
  • Monitor the progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies

4. Performance Measurement and Optimization
  • Define and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness and impact of sales tools and processes
  • Analyze the data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimizations

5. Change Management and Training
  • Develop change management plans to support the adoption of new tools and processes
  • Provide training and guidance to GKA teams on the effective utilization of sales tools and adherence to established processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and resource for internal projects and meetings

Profile

  • Proven experience in sales operations, business process improvement or similar role
  • Understanding of ST’s new supply chain processes introduced by Shape Tomorrow
  • Strong knowledge of Sales methodologies, IBP and new supply chain systems, and sales enablement tools & processes
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simulaneously
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive change
  • High level of business acumen and strategic thinking
