Hello ZURICH! NATKINA is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Professional in Zurich for NATKINA and NATKINA DIAMONDS to sell the products, to market them and to promote the two brands!

Fixed times: Full-Day on Monday, 2 hours each day Tuesday-Friday (either 9am-11am or 6 pm to 8pm depending on the day, Full-Day on Saturdays)

Sales Assistant duties include:

  • selling
  • restocking
  • merchandising the sales point in Globus Glatt
  • communication in Fluent German

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs
  • Manage point-of-sale processes
  • Be actively involved in marketing and PR of the brand
  • Organise events with clients and opinion leaders of the region

Requirements

  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Proven working experience in sales
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Administration skills
  • Proficiency in English, Fluent German
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Creative, dynamic personality and a desire to over achieve ;)
