A sneak peek of this exciting new project, which opens in 2022, reveals that this newly revamped lifestyle hotel and Swiss hot spot that has previously been visited by the likes of Rihanna, Freddy Mercury, Grace Jones and Muhammad Ali as regular guests, overlooks the city center from Zurich’s stunning Uetliberg plateau and will offer 149 rooms and 87 stunning contemporary suites as well as several award-winning culinary concepts centered around FIVE’s hallmark musical stylings. The new FIVE hotel in Zurich will seamlessly unite the very best of Swiss hospitality with FIVE’s characteristic flair for an exceptionally indulgent experience for guests from the city and international visitors alike.

As Sales Coordinator you will join a committed Sales and Marketing team driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ guest experiences to an international diaspora.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organisational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push groundbreaking boundaries.

You’ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.


  • Ensure that calls are screened and dealt with in an appropriate way.
  • Assist tele sales research of existing/new clients within guidelines of Sales Manager.
  • Sort all incoming mail for the attention of Sales Department.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional, ethics, and attitude toward all hotel guests, clients, and colleagues.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Support Sales Managers in their day-to-day activities and to assist them in achieving the team objectives.
  • Determine and implement the procedures and standards of an effective filing system
  • Maintain an up-to-date operating manual of the department, including policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the co-ordination for direct mail campaigns on behalf of sales and marketing, labeling, data collection and distribution of mail items.
  • Annual contracting administration for corporate and leisure business.
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.

  • Previous 1 -2 years of experience in the luxury 5 star hotel with relevant background
  • High level of passion in the Sales & Marketing field including F&B commercial, enthusiasm and drive for result
  • Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
  • Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.
