Swiss Startup Capital AG, the investment arm of the Swiss Startup Group, is looking for an experienced sales person to develop and lead the sales efforts of its portfolio of Venture Capital fund products.

The role will have full ownership of the sales planning and execution for our multi-fund strategy, which encompasses different early-stage Venture Capital funds investing both in Switzerland and internationally. This will involve developing and management of the sales process, own investors acquisition and buildup and lead of the sales team.

Tasks

  • Develop long term sales goals and strategy, together with C-level management
  • Strong, own fund investors acquisition
  • Establish, foster and maintain relationships with key investors
  • Ownership for achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Full control on the sales pipeline, process and reporting, including organizational planning and forecasting
  • Build and manage the sales team
Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales in Venture Capital, Asset Management and/or Wealth Management
  • Demonstrable experience/track record in sales planning and execution
  • Broad network and access to prospective investors (e.g., private investors, Family Office, Asset Managers)
  • Fluency in English and German, French strongly advantageous
  • Experience in building and managing a sales team is advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial mind set and readiness
