Do you have previous sales experience in a B2B organisation? Are you looking to grow your career and have a positive impact as part of a global health-tech organisation driven by its mission?

Following the creation of our US Inside Sales Team, we are now looking to establish a new Sales Development team in Europe. This is a centralised role based in our Rolle office, driving top of funnel activity to feed opportunity to our Regional and Territory Field Sales team. You will ideally bring languages skills in both English and German.

Your mission:


  • As part of our EMEA Sales team, you will drive ’top of funnel’ activity.
  • Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
  • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Build trusting relationships with prospects to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.

Requirements

  • 1-5 Years experience within inside sales or similar high-volume sales role for a B2B product/organisation is sought.
  • Ideally, you will be exposed to a similar technical, clinical or diagnostics product within the healthcare/life science space.
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
  • Excitement and drive to engage with customers - willing to hop on the phone with new people daily and explain value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with.
  • Professional proficiency in the English language. Further language abilities in German, Italian or French extremely advantageous.
