Subject matter expert for related offering(s) in Accenture’s global portfolio. Leverage in-depth understanding of industry, domain, digital and market best practices that supports process transformation, and drive delivery excellence initiatives. Candidates should be well versed with solution design, and technology (including digital) for their respective offerings. Engage with client senior leadership team. Provide special focus on next generation offerings by driving analytics and maximize business outcome for clients across their global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support solution design and provide domain expertise for new deals both competitive and sole sourced

  • Support Offerings team on Offering roadmap

  • Update Internal and external Benchmark, SDS (Standard Delivery Solution) updates, BOI (Business Outcome Indicator) updates, thought leadership material, Contributions to Industry focus and other programs, Patents

    • ▪ Domain expert in one or more of F&A tower e.g. PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury

    ▪ Deliver large scale end to end F&A Transformation for global Clients

    ▪ Provide inputs for innovation in F&A technologies, automation, AI and analytics to develop offering

    ▪ Develop strong client relationships, drive client dialogue both at GPO and at CFO level

    ▪ Manage high-performance team and deliver large scale Transformation project.

    ▪ Shape of solutions, process diagnostics, blueprinting and expert in PowerPoint and Excel

    ▪ Delivery Excellence and technology

  • Drive Action Network, OPC (Outsourcing Product Costing) to increase quality and adoption

    • Requires identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility. Creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

  • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing nearterm goals.

  • Interaction is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.

  • Co-innovate and lead Transformation agenda for our Leading Fortune 500 clients.

  • Industry specialized F&A Transformation Leaders to sharpen industry specific F&A offerings

  • Lead growth and mining in existing F&A accounts for specific OG/industry segment

  • F&A Thought leaders and deep domain specialists in one of Tower eg PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A, Tax, treasury, provide Best in class industry view, support existing engagements, diagnostic, due diligence, client co-design workshops, transformation engagement, drive existing client portfolios into the New
