Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Management Specialist. You will work in an international and dynamic environment and will work closely with other functional areas and stakeholders. The Sales Management Specialist directly to the Head of Business Department. You are expected to proactively identify and initiate internal improvements as well as to broaden responsibilities beyond the job description. The position is based in Zurich.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be able to use the related internal sales management system proficiently, responsible for the department’s sales data statistics, collation and analysis, to provide sales data and business reports for supervisor and business departments;
  • Assist supervisor and business departments to complete weekly, monthly, semi annual and annual sales strategy reports, follow up the progress of sales projects;
  • Manage and archive business documents of the department.
  • Responsible for internal process control management, follow up and monitor business related process compliance.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years working experience, data analysis and sales management experience is a plus.
  • Degree in business administration, data analysis or related discipline.
  • Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Service oriented, and confident personality
  • Experience working in a constantly changing and dynamic environment
  • Candidate must demonstrate good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently
  • High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English is a must, fluent German is an advantage
