Join us a Sales Manager M/F

For InterContinental Genève and Crowne Plaza Geneva, your main duties for both properties will be:

  • Prospect new guests and companies of the Diplomatic market.
  • Promote the hotels in Switzerland and abroad.
  • Retain new and existing clients, enhance guest’s loyalty (individuals and groups).
  • Ensure InterContinental Genève’s and Crowne Plaza’s positioning.
  • Participate in various trade shows, road shows, fairs at local and international level.
  • Develop the sales activities related to the Diplomatic segments.

Ce que nous attendons de vous

With a higher degree in Hospitality, you have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel of the same category and capacity (4- or 5-star, more than 300 rooms). Good knowledge of Delphi and Opera is required.

You are fluent in French and English. Mastering a third foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Spain, Russia) is highly desirable.

Highly responsible and reliable, you are an efficient team player and are acknowledged for your excellent relationship with your team and your clients. Results oriented and well-organized, you are used to work in a fast-paced environment and you have demonstrated Sales skills.

This position is opened to Swiss citizens and work permit holders as well as EU passport holders.
