BI-QEM, company leader in the production of molding compounds, aiming to expand its Sales Team, is looking for a

Sales Representative

The resource will join the molding compound business unit (headquarter in Lugano), and will deal with different internal figures (customer service, production, R&D team and HSQE from all the manufacturing sites) as well as with customers, which (s)he will support also through periodical visits. The candidate will be supposed to:

  • Prepare and submit bids and quotations;
  • Identify relevant business opportunities in existing markets as well as scout new markets;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners;
  • Verify and contribute to maintaining budget;
  • Take care of marketing channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

Education, experience and knowledge

  • Scientific Bachelor’s degree or Business-related curriculum;
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Professional sales skills including key account strategies and plans;
  • Experience in the same role (max. 3 years) will be considered a plus;
  • Fluent English (oral and written) required, any other language will be considered a plus;
  • Great business acumen; focus and determination to achieve goals;
  • Positive attitude; great team worker;
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
