Today we are leaders in Switzerland and Luxembourg, and have launched Batmaid for Business to bring our quality cleaning services to professional establishments. As we believe, no matter the size of the company, cleanliness is key to contributing to a productive workspace.

For this reason, we are looking for a Sales Representative to be based at our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. Supporting Customer Success department in all B2C sales tasks.

Tasks

Your Mission:
  • Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated sales tasks.
  • Conduct phone calls/emails, with one goal : upsell.
  • Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
  • Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
  • Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Create a real connection with our customers.
  • Work with your team to respect deadlines, objectives, and unblocked special achievements.
Requirements

Your Weapons:
  • High school diploma or similar
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • French and/or German is also mandatory (native or at least C1), Italian is a plus
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Service or similar may be required
  • You are born to sell, and if not you would like to
  • Superb interpersonal and soft skills
  • Strong self-motivation
  • Ability to work in a team, and to motivate your teammates
  • Ability and will to surpass yourself
