Your role
- You will be handling incoming calls and other communications
- You plan meetings and report analysis of business figures
- You will handle administrative requests and queries from team members
- You take responsibility of office management (ordering of office material, beverages, …).
- You are welcoming our visitors at the office
- You schedule and coordinate office events
Your profile
- You are interested in building a career in Sales Support
- You have a higher-education degree (University / FH)
- You are ready to gather deep knowledge of office management systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- You are willing to work full-time
