Customer Service & Logistics Manager RL for Country Organisation Switzerland

Major Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Sales Administration / Operations including order management; site-to-site material purchasing process and master data maintenance to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication and coordinating with other departments and sites to resolve inquires.
  • Build and maintain business relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service contributing to excellent company reputation.
  • Support the credit collection of open invoices.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, resolving any inquiries in a prompt timeline.
  • Work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders across different functions, including Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics and Finance.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Flexibility, initiative, and resilience to the pressure of balancing workload and time scales.
  • Substantial experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Good understanding of operations and logistics interactions.
  • Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Hands on, collaborative attitude and excellent conflict management skills.
  • Good IT skills and experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong collaboration attitude

Education:

• Business Administration and alike

Languages:

• Fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is a plus
