For the setup and development of our Salesforce platform and services, we are looking for a Salesforce Consulting Intern with strong technical and communication skills. Tasks
  • Drive the implementation and architecture of Salesforce services
  • Help define the basic configuration of Salesforce platforms
  • Support the team with technical issues and requirements definition of various use cases in close cooperation with the product and design teams
  • Develop pragmatic and effective technical solutions including implementation
  • Deliver first level support in case of technical issues with Salesforce or connected programs and become the go to person for clinics and personnel
  • Help with the integration, further development and optimization of other software service providers connected to Salesforce such as Flair, Shore, etc.

Requirements
  • First experience on Salesforce or experience on Trailhead is a plus
  • University degree in Computer Science or similar is an advantage
  • Reliable and independent way of working
  • High level of personal responsibility
  • Proactive personality with great analytical strength and communication skills
  • Willingness to further develop skills within and beyond Salesforce
