We believe in campaigns that are true to the brand, bring meaningful impact for growth and lasting good.We deliver Idea-Led Experiences, designed for the digital age, delivered at global scale.Job Description:Role Outline:The Salesforce Senior Business Analyst works on client projects that involve primarily Core Platform Clouds (Sales, Service, Community) and systems integrations, with the experience required to lead a functional project entirely or project stream.He/she can analyze, define and design CRM business processes related the business requirements or project’s vision. He/she can also set up and configure the CRM solution to fit the customer business requirement.This includes planning, scoping and creating user stories for the integration of their dependent systems, including but not limited to ERP systems, CRM (Salesforce.com) and accounting integrations.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:Main Responsibilities include:
  • Leading consultative engagements with clients on the business processes analysis and digital transformation related to their needs
  • Transform business requirement into functional specifications and user stories ready for development
  • Document quality assurance expectations and ensures deliverables meet client business expectations
  • Managing workflow and project goals, setting, and reinforcing each project roadmap, handling priorities and project sprints
  • Act as a solution advocate and trusted advisor for all stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and working with associated team members
  • Leading client requirement workshops, based on best practice business analysis methodologies
  • Identifying issues/ risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
  • Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated to implement capabilities based on business requirements and solution design
Qualifications:Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience leading international business relationship preferably in APAC region is a must
  • Experience with product positioning, leveraging feature to benefit analysis
  • Understanding of business processes and methodologies, including in-depth knowledge of one business sector
  • Experience leading customer facing discussions, at department head level
  • Tailored experience as a senior business analyst in various industries
  • Must be detail oriented and self-motivating
  • Excellent strategic thinking and international business development enhancement
  • Ability to consultatively engage with customers and to quickly make complex decisions
  • Team spirit - being able to work within regional and international level teams
  • Fluent English, written and spoken;
  • Fluent Japanese, written and spoken;
  • Any other languages is a plus
  • Open for travelling- up to 25%;
Core Competencies:
  • Provide operational and strategic directions for business application design, affecting Sales, Marketing, manufacturing, and systems integration to accomplish corporate goals and objectives.
  • Ability to interact with customers (from all spectrum) to ensure that the service is polite, efficient and responsive
  • Able to translate IT language to a broader (less IT) public
  • Lead document functional and non-functional requirements as user stories, complying with business analysis best practices
  • Lead analysis and ability to map and document business processes
  • Gather high-level project requirements and assemble scope according to project
