We are currently implementing a global and strategic business transformation program ‘Blue Ocean’ aimed at standardizing our major business processes around the globe and introducing SAP. After the template phase we continue to implement Blue Ocean in the regions Europe, Asia Pacific and America. In your role you act as key contact person for business stakeholders to foster and maintain our defined end-to-end processes in the Finance and Controlling area. That is the reason we are looking for a

SAP Business Analyst Finance Solutions (all genders)

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Act as interface between business stakeholders and IT experts in our Agile Product Teams to ensure our team delivers Amazing Solutions
• Work in close alignment with the FIN solution architects, solution specialists and developers to clarify requirements for User Stories, and act as a key contributor in FIN product team meetings
• Position requires end to end collaboration with other functional area processes (SAM, SVC, SCM) and gaining understanding of how these processes integrate with financial reporting and controls
• Act as consultant to business when defining new processes, finding and defining solutions and preparing project requests
• Act as a change manager and interface between our global business transformation program (Blue Ocean) and business stakeholders in your process area
• Under direction of FIN Solutions Domain Manager and Product Owners, play a coordinating roll with various FI/CO business projects from requirement definition to business sign-off
• Ensure high quality process documentations, requirement definitions, training materials and test cases
• Perform trainings, develop job aids and share best practices with the Finance community
• Support the Domain Manager, Product Owners (if applicable) and Global Process Owner to help define the roadmap for our solution area(s)
• Assesses incoming enhancement / project requests, consulting with the Product Owners on prioritization
• You are not assigned to a single project but will work across multiple initiatives supporting our global organization

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

• You have strong template process understanding within the Finance and/or Controlling area of SAP
• You preferably have 5 years or more of proven working experience in MT Finance business processes, SAP business process consulting or in business transformation projects or some combination of the three
• You are a self-driven and communicative team player with a result-oriented and positive attitude
• You have the ability and willingness to engage and collaborate with the various regions and different levels of the Mettler-Toledo organization
• You embrace a fast paced and global working environment and are able to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time
• You are absolutely fluent in English
• There is no repetitive or regular travel requirement for this role (estimate <15% travel) however there are opportunities to travel if you are excited to visit our stakeholders for business immersion and special projects
