Start/end date:12-month contract until 31.12.2024 (with the possibility of an extension)Location: Bern, SwitzerlandWorkload: 100%FunctionSupport internal staff in the Payroll area of expertise. The execution of the activity (mainly minor to medium adjustments/change requests of operational improvements) follows in close coordination of the internal MA.Role Description- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll as well as knowledge of related areas of expertise
- Three or more years of professional experience in the area of expertise
- Carries out assignments independently and can provide technical guidance to experienced persons
- Ability to lead technical sub-projects
- Ability to conceptualize, consult and solve challenging problems in the field of expertise
- As-is and to-be analysis within the scope of change requests and possibly projects (requirements management)
- Supporting the specialist departments in the creation of requirements specifications, taking into account the technical system requirements
- Advising the HR competence centers with regard to the innovative further development and digitalization of their processes as well as services and products
- Supporting the HR process owners and HR specialists in the creation of functional requirements (moderating and leading application-related, partly cross-functional and cross-application workshops as well as cluster and exchange meetings, documentation, test support, functional release) and developing solution approaches
- Coordination point and link between departments and IT
- Eliciting, reviewing and documenting the functional needs and expectations of organizational units; developing solution proposals and decision-making bases on the basis of the recorded requirements
- Developing proposals for optimization options
- Translating business requirements into ICT requirements
- Prepare quality assurance measures
- Evaluate and validate operational solutions
- Create test cases; organize, assess and support user tests
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present the results of this communication
