For this newly created, versatile position the SAP Team with headquarters in Baar-Switzerland, are looking for an independent, responsible and enthusiastic team player.

Tasks
  • SAP C4C (Cloud for Customers) administration including integration in SAP ER using SAP CPI
  • Close cooperation with the SAP colleagues of the process-related ERP modules SD & CS
  • Project management in C4C / CPQ projects (Partial) project management for rollouts of new processes for our worldwide branches
  • 2-3 level support activities including change management
  • Offer advice and process optimization for the business units
  • Recording and evaluation of new requirements of the specialist departments
  • Communication and coordination of external partners in support and project work
  • Close cooperation with various professional and technical contacts
Requirements
  • Experience in SAP C4C or other CRM systems
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and service processes (Helpdesk & Field Service)
  • Knowledge of SAP cloud technologies and SAP cloud platform integration scenarios would be an advantage
  • SAP ERP skills in the SD & CS modules and / or experience with integration technologies such as IFlows and web services, as well as IDoc and RFC would be a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken English is needed for this role, must be able to present himself with confidence
  • Enthusiasm for SAP and willingness to learn
