SAP FICO Consultant

Join an international Manufacturing company as the SAP S4 FI/CO Consultant. This role takes end-to-end responsibility for the improvement of the existing SAP FICO solution. As FI CO Functional Consultant, you will work with functional and technical stakeholders to understand current business processes and the FI-CO solution, and will work to design build and roll out project improvements.

This is a key project-focused role in a large international SAP environment and would suit someone with strong SAP FICO experience in a global manufacturing company looking to take the next step in a project-focused role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the SAP FICO Solution improvement across Design and Build, from prototyping, through configuration and implementation of enhancements
  • Provide functional and technical consulting for SAP FICO topics, end-to-end R2R process knowledge
  • Work with key finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into viable solution design
  • Functional and technical leadership around SAP Financials, modules including FI, CO, PA, Costing, COPA, MM, SD
  • Developing functional specifications for ABAP development


Profile
  • 3+ years of SAP FICO hands-on configuration experience
  • Experience from at least one international SAP implementation project in a Manufacturing company
  • Ideally knowledge of the end-to-end implementation process for SAP FICO, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, configuration, and development, delivering testing (IST / UAT) and training, and post-live support
  • Module knowledge: FICO, GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, IFRS, Consolidations, Banks, Taxes, PP, BOM FI-MM, FI-SD, COPA, Profitability and Product Costing
  • Integration experience with third party tools
  • Experience writing complex functional specification and solution design, including interfaces.
  • ABAP code debugging
  • Manufacturing sector experience
  • Fluent English
