As an SAP S4 HANA Manufacturing Analyst (6-8 years of experience) your main responsibility is to ensure that the company’s manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently through the use of the SAP S4 HANA system.

To succeed as an SAP S4 HANA Manufacturing Analyst, you should have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations, as well as experience with the SAP S4 HANA system. Your commitment to team collaboration, perfect communication, and a quality product is crucial.

Main tasks of the position

• Analyzing existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement. Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as finance and supply chain, to integrate manufacturing processes with other business processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration and user support, implement training programs for end-users.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP S4 HANA updates and best practices.
• Work in integration with other IT teams (internal and external) in order to deliver a complete solution.
• Understand the requirements and communicate efficiently with the community of business users.
  
  

Expected Deliverables in Year 1

• Understand the current solution and the different existing flow (Legacy)
• Able to design flows in S4 HANA and transpose the existing one into the new solution
  
  

Skills / Professional And Technical

• Strong knowledge in planning and production, shop floor control, and quality management
• Good understanding and knowledge of SAP cross-modular integration points, especially with Finance for cost calculation
• Able to coordinate and monitor business blueprint workshops
• Good project management skills including working with user community and understanding their requirements
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player
• English and French knowledge is a must
  
  

Work Experience:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end manufacturing solutions, including integrating manufacturing processes with finance, supply chain, and other business processes.
• Leading and supporting the testing and validation of the SAP S4 HANA system and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Developing and maintaining documentation, such as functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals, to support manufacturing processes and the SAP S4 HANA system.
• Exposure to international and complex projects ideally in the luxury/watches industry
• Proven experience on SAP implementation and roll out.
