Hobson Prior are currently seeking for an SAP Specialist to join a fantastic medical devices organisation on a permanent basis located in Burgdorf. Our client is focused on developing and manufacturing medical devices for treating diabetes.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this position, you will consolidate technical needs in collaboration with HR specialists, guaranteeing quality assurance and accountable for system configurations and configuration management focusing on SAP success factors.
  • Assure change and release management and assistance with the technical design and execution of training courses.
  • Responsible for assuming the incident and issue management for the accountable systems.
  • Collaborate with the division you are involved in the further development of the IT HR systems/method such as SAP successfactors, SAP HCM, SAP Fiori, etc.
  • The ideal candidate will advise and assist people and organisations in the implementation and process handling within the context of the HR digitisation method.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a business/computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • Know-how and familiarity with SAP successfactors and SAP HCM such as PA-OM-PY.
  • Fluency in the German and English language.
