Breitlingstands apart from other watch brands with its focus on casual, sustainable and inclusive luxury. We are looking for a Watchmaker for the After-sales department. You will be responsible for the overhaul of all Breitling models which include mechanical and quartz movements. These operations are performed on all Breitling products for which training has been completed. The SAV Watchmakers are expected to use correct tools and techniques, at the right quality, lead time and cost, according to Breitling specifications.Your responsibilities:

• Apply lean principals and administrative requirements to source all the necessary information to drive your daily work
• Adhere to all relevant Breitling policies and procedures
• Accurately read, review, and execute job cards to ensure customer requirements are met
• Ensure that all spare parts used are allocated to the correct job
• Ensure any additional required spare parts are ordered according to current policies and procedures
• Overhaul mechanical and quartz movements, In-house movements, ETA based movements and Modular Chronograph movements for all Breitling product you have received training on
• Operate on different tasks as de-case, re-case, dial & hands setting, timing/testing and quality control if required
• Ensure all relevant paperwork is appropriately filled out, attaching any required testing documentation, before passing the work to the next steps.
• Contribute to your unit’s productivity, whilst adhering to Breitling standards of quality, lead time and cost
• Meet the agreed weekly production levels according to Breitling Standard Times of Operation
• Any other duties and reasonable requests, as required by the Workshop Manager

Your profile:

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Watchmaker with WOSTEP or similar certification (a training in cases/bracelets assembling and in setting dial & hand is an asset)
• You have a good level of concentration, an excellent eye/hand coordination
• You understand very well customers’ expectations
• You are able to manage targets and deadlines, and you are a problem-solver
• You are a team-player
• Breitling’s products have (almost) no secrets for you
• You speak fluently English and French. German is an asset
