Job content

My duties
  • Design, planning, conduction of laboratory experiments
  • Collaborate with other internal departments
  • Apply DoE methodologies, perform statistical data analysis and write study reports
  • Guide investigations and studies
  • Define project timelines and handle CRO management

My Qualifications
  • Understanding of the principle of analytical method development for product development and characterization
  • Extensive hand-on experience with the development execution and interpretation of cell-based assay for potency and cytotoxicity characterization of biomolecules
  • Strong organisational skills in order to guide investigations & studies internally and externally (outsource companies, Partner at the University)
  • Degree, preferably PhD in Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry or corresponding qualification
  • Kowledge of experimental design methods
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry analytical considerations like method validation
  • Experience with techniques associated with protein biochemistry analytics (ELISA, SDS-AGE, Enzymology)
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent collaborative skills
