Our team is now looking to grow with an experienced Scrum Master in banking or luxury industries who can coordinate and align involved stakeholders through an agile methodology, acting like a leader who removes impediments and ensures productivity. In this role the consultant will be heavily involved in application of Scrum methodology to daily tasks (applied to meetings, planification, follow-up, hindsight…) in gathering data and help business managers plan the collection, storage, and management of data to provide useful information for managing the business. You will be a represent for ALTEN at the customer site as well as a part of ALTENs development. Great emphasis will be places of personal qualities.

JOB / SKILLS

What we think is needed to succeed in the role:

• Master degree in software engineering, computer science or any related field
• Knowledge of software’s life-cycle
• Ability to deal with changeable requirements
• Coding of functional analysis
• Proficient in IT project
• Experience in Banking environment
• Fluent in English – French, German or Italian are is a big plus
