Your Missions

You are the new Scrum Master for our Development Department !

Your role is the our agile team is to help us achieve our goals in a timely manner. You will supports and reinforces the Scrum process agreed in the entire company.
  • Be part of the Scrum team and coordinate with other teams
  • Implement and follows the Agile principles
  • Spot and work on blocking issues with the team
  • Facilitate meetings with the team : daily stand-up, planning, sprint review and retrospective
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide the team
  • Coordinate the priorities with internal stakeholders
  • Be the point of contact between the management and the team
Your Expertise
  • 3+ years experience in project management (Agile)
  • Experience as a technical expert either in Development or QA
  • Knowledge of Linux environments
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong team spirit
