We are looking for Scrum Masterfor our Property & Casualty Insurance team in Zagreb.

At Adcubum, the Scrum Master serves as a facilitator and Agile coach for up to two development teams. This position provides leadership helping the Agile teams adhere to the rules of Scrum and works within and outside the team to remove impediments. This position creates and fosters an environment of transparency and continuous improvement by proactively communicating with the team, management, and outside stakeholders.

Deine Aufgaben

• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices
• Facilitate Scrum Events (sprint planning, daily stand-up, backlog refinement, sprint retrospective, and sprint review)
• Facilitate other meetings as needed among the various functional areas (business, technology, and/or product)
• Work with the Product Owner(s) and the project team to develop and manage a Product Backlog
• Responsible for the Scrum process and its correct implementation in and across teams, advising product owners and communicating the agile values within the Scrum team
• Help to remove any obstacles that may impede the team of achieving their shared goal
• Help teams understand root cause of impediments and get past the symptoms
• Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
• Shield the Development team from any disturbances from “non-team” members during the sprint
  
  

Unsere Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Collaborative work experience with cross-functional teams to affect resolution of issues and community building across multiple functions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of Agile principles and practices and capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge
• Readiness to learn (inspect and adapt)
• Understanding of basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental delivery
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is a plus
• Experience in Scrum@Scale is a plus
• Fluency in English language, German language is a plus
