• processing, supervising and validating Private Placement Hedge Fund Transfers on behalf of institutional clients
• build and maintain Internal / external stakeholder relationships
• act as subject matter expert in Private Placement hedge fund Settlements
• liaise between custodians and transfer agents to ensure timely settlement of Client’s Assets
• identify Control Deficiencies and mitigate P&L and Reputational risk
• contribute to the development of new technological enhancements to improve processes and workflow
  

For this position we are looking for a senior motivated and flexible team member with a positive attitude and an analytical way of thinking, able to take the initiative and be responsible for projects aimed to keep continiously improving our services for our clients and stakeholders.Your teamWe offer a position within an open minded, multi cultural and multi language section. Your team is organizationally part of WM Operations Switzerland Securities Settlement Non Order Room and consolidates the end to end process of asset transfers for booking center CH. We offer the opportunity to work in a flexible and dynamic team with many years of experience. In addition we are operating internationally within a F2B integrated business model. This position offers you interesting insights into the entire value chain within the securities lifecycle, market and infrastructure. • commercial education/diploma or comparable education. Higher graduation is an advantage
• large professional experience in Fund Administration, Fund Settlement or Banking Operations
• language Skills: fluent English, German is an advantage
• very good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• proactive, adaptable, with a solution oriented way of thinking (keen to deliver highest level of quality services)
• curious, eager to learn, able to self-develop and to critically self-evaluate
• excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, an absolute team player
• responsible and conscious of risks. Attention to quality and client satisfaction is imperative
• independent, attentive to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and to multitask
