Job content

My duties
  • Manage the ERP and CRM cloud platforms
  • Analysis of internal processes and needs of the users
  • Perform UAT testing in collaboration with key users
  • Manage contracts, licensing and relationship with our applications vendors
  • Regular communications with stakeholders to provide status updates, successful solutions as well as documenting all activities for future reference
  • Responsible for the recording of issues and actions and being able to provide incident and problem management
  • Organise and lead training when required and act as a mentor for a junior colleague
  • Lead applications projects

My Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent
  • Strong experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong working experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Experience in a CRM tool, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Excellent understanding of cloud computing environments, ideally Azure hosting
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in deploying application projects, small scale application upgrade, configuration and patching across multiple applications environment
