Job Description & Summary

Your tasks

  • You will provide technical support on consulting assignments and on the development of proposals.
  • You will obtain and review strategic, financial and operational information (including governance, budgets and work plans).
  • You will consolidate quantitative and qualitative data and present sound analysis.
  • You will communicate and report results effectively to clients and other stakeholders.
  • You will work in a diverse team as part of an international network.
  • You will continue to develop your technical expertise and soft skills through training both on and off the job.

Your profile

  • You have minimum 3 years of relevance in the health sector, particularly in the monitoring and evaluation of health programmes in developing countries, with the following expertise:
  • You have the ability to interpret health programmes performance results and analyse the implications of these results in the country context;
  • You have a good understanding of public health monitoring and evaluation systems;
  • You have thorough knowledge of the epidemiology and programmatic interventions;
  • You understand the quality dimensions of health services and familiarity with the review and interpretation of national service delivery guidelines;
  • You have strong interpersonal, diplomatic and tactful communication skills from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds; and
  • You have strong professional oral communication and writing skills, including the development of reports, oral presentations and technical/persuasive documents.
  • You speak fluent French and English with another language being an asset.
