Senior Business Analyst (80-100%)

As a Senior Business Analyst with deputy manager function you will be part of our Change Delivery team within the Securities Services business unit. This team is focusing on providing business analysis capabilities mainly in the post trading business area including regulatory driven projects. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in an international team of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
What You Will Do
- business analysis for project and change request management in the area of post trading
- translate business needs into user stories/requirements and conduct conceptual discussions with product managers, business architects, developers and other stakeholders
- analyse the impact of new change requests in terms of required new functionalities and processes
- support the development and optimization of business processes in collaboration with operations and other business teams
- review the IT solution proposed by IT against the business requirements
- prepare test cases, execute user acceptance tests, review with sponsors and receive sign-off
- support the leadership team in making informed decisions with respect to growth and developments of SIX
What You Bring
- experience of requirements analysis/engineering in the financial industry, preferably to the level of software requirements and specifications
- knowledge and experience in the securities settlement and asset servicing post-trade context of custodians or Central Securities Depositories (CSD), including industry messaging standards (ISO15022, ISO20022)
- experience in cross functional aspects of various business services such as Settlements, Corporate Actions, Tax, General meeting/Proxy, Fund Executions, Clearing, CCP and Collateral management services
- a good know-how of various European and market harmonization rules like CAJWG, T2S-CASG, SRD2, SCoRE and understanding of their implications towards CSD/Custodian service offerings
- solid understanding of T2S, SECOM, SWIFT Network and interaction between various interfaces that together help achieve the end services
- good knowhow of creating and managing message specification in SWIFT MyStandards portal for various business services
