Senior Business Analyst - Finance Transformation - Zug / Baar / Cham
We are recruiting a Senior Finance Business Analyst with a proven track record in ’financial transformation’ projects with large / complex / multi-national environments.
The Role:
- Assess and document requested business needs/requirements from stakeholders
- Execute or lead needed project analysis or vendor selection processes
- Manage project delivery of process standardization, simplification and automation
- Prepare Steering committee update meetings
- Manage project costs and timelines
- Liaise with stakeholders, from local users to C-suite
- Ensure operational project execution and post go-live support intact
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or business analytics (PM / BA hybrid)
- Significant experience (5 years+) around finance core processes, i.e. procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, General Ledger, Consolidation
- Experience around other non-commercial processes
- Masters Degree with a major in Finance or IT
- Experience with projects around ERP systems a plus, e.g. upgrades, implementations etc.
- Consultancy experience (big 4, others) is a strong preference
- Project certification, e.g. prince2, PMP
- Experience in in Oil + Gas, Energy / Utilities, Manufacturing or Investment Banking preferred
- Fluent in English / German (and ideally French).
