What will you do? These will be your main tasks:

• The candidate must be able to combine a highly developed technical expertise (detailed in each of the below mentioned service areas) with strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective support to customers in Switzerland.
• Analyse, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to the users, deployment and support teams.
• Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.
• Project Coordination
• Manage a development or deployment project to ensure it delivers expected value to the Business partner, on time, on budget, on scope, on quality.
  
  

Requisitos:

Language:

English – Proficiency level spoken and written

French – Proficiency level spoken and written when requested

Primary Skills:

Deep understanding of the IT landscape in the SAP functional area of P2P

In depth expertise & proven experience in P2P and IVC flowsBachelor’s degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent

5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area

Project management experience

Business experience in a relevant function is beneficial

Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English + in languages commonly spoken in assigned Businesses (French)

Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
