Senior Business Support Lead

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Business Support Lead to drive the extension of the scope of the support activities offered to our internal and external Global Development community. This position can be in Raritan, NJ; Titusville, NJ; Chesterbrook, PA; Allschwil, Switzerland or Beerse, Belgium. Remote locations within the United States and Europe to be considered.

This newly crafted role brings an opportunity to cover a wide spectrum of the Clinical Development business processes, systems and groups across Global Development and requires expertise in the fields of request processing, incident management, knowledge management and release management for clinical development systems and services.

We’re seeking a forward thinker, with strong communication skills to integrate across multiple functions and build a synergic collaboration with our customer.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Subject Matter Authority with oversight of the Business Support team (incl. coordination, performance review, training and development)
  • Collaborating with a group of system support specialists, application support specialists and/or operators to resolve customer inquiries
  • Driving continuous improvement of support on processes while extending the coverage of support activities
  • Leading timely completion of engagements and proactively detailing the key planned results, and resources required to fulfil objectives
  • Creating, analysing and communicating monthly metrics identifying trends and recurring issues while designing improvements and resolution plans
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Business Partners and vendors
  • Managing projects within GPOLs and other systems to ensure budget, invoice, schedule and resources are up to date
  • Supporting inspection and audits as a primary contributor

Qualifications
  • University degree in health sciences, business or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries
  • Experience within Electronic Trial Master File systems, CTMS system, Medical Information System, Electronic Data Capture systems, Clinical Trial Portal, Ticketing system, Data Transfer solution, Investigator payment systems is required
  • Practical experience with ServiceNow, Planisware, Medidata Rave, Medidata CTMS, Veeva
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience of launching new systems in collaboration with IT teams to drive performance is an asset
  • Hands on experience in system validation and pharma compliance principles is preferred
