Senior Campaign Manager (w/m/d) 100%

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for campaign selections for current or new customer campaigns using SQL within our corporate Data Warehouse (Teradata)
  • Create, further develop and maintain complex SQL series, which are needed to run marketing campaigns
  • Use of existing campaign management tools for send outs (Adobe Campaign, BSI CX or other)
  • Timely execution of campaign selections incl. quality control
  • Understand complex data schemas
  • of our Data Warehouse and learn over time where to get the needed data from
  • Reliable delivery of data selections and accurate campaign analysis
  • Support optimization of customer contact strategy to increase conversion rate
  • Pro-actively advice marketing and sales on recommendations for new campaign opportunities through expert insights

What we look for in an applicant:

  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM campaign management and database marketing
  • Deep knowledge of an SQL dialect (preferably Teradata or MSSQL)
  • Deep knowledge of very distributed data structures and capability to get a close understanding in short time
  • Knowing the difference between the JOIN variations is the very basic stuff you are dealing with in your daily work
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in analyzing, interpreting and organizing large amounts of data in a relational database
  • Good knowledge of Shell scripting or Python is a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign or BSI CX is a plus
  • Sense of ownership and proactive mindset
  • Experience in telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus
