We are currently looking for our client’s next Senior Clinical Development Director. If you are interested in leading a Clinical Development team in phase II-III trials on Prostate Cancer, this is your opportunity.The ideal individual holds an MD, has previous experience in Oncology from a clinical and drug development perspective and could be comfortable with the lifecycle management of the drug.Some Of The Responsibilities Include
  • Leads the Clinical Development Team through clinical phase II-III trials, global product registration, and ICMP trials supporting product life cycle optimization
  • Prepares the Clinical Development Plan
  • Responsible for planning and managing the clinical timelines, managing clinical budget (external clinical grants and CRO management fees) and manpower
  • Responsible for the ongoing risk-benefit assessment of a compound until approval
  • In consultation with the Head of the Therapeutic Area and Global Development Leader, is responsible for communication of medical project and study strategy, study results and clinical project results to internal and external bodies
  • Contributes to Opinion Leader development and publications strategy with implementation detail
Requirements
  • MD with extensive professional and academic experience. Board certification in Medical Oncology is required
  • In-depth understanding of the drug development and commercialization process with a base of experience of 5+ years in Clinical Development
  • Proven leadership skills
