Responsibilities

Swiss entities incorporation, management, restructuring, liquidation and deregistration ;
providing guidance to clients on constitutional and procedural matters relating to Swiss entities in accordance with their articles, swiss code of obligations, employment, immigration, social security, tax and AML regulations and ensuring corporate compliance is adhered to with regard to the relevant laws and requirements ;
drafting and organising board and shareholders resolutions and meetings and various legal documentations for client companies and arranging for its proper and timely delivery ;
reviewing of and commenting on transaction documentations including financial statements and tax forms ;
co-ordinating client services with colleagues, advisors and third parties in Switzerland and worldwide ;
opening, maintaining and managing of bank accounts;
arranging for the completion and keeping up to date of the AML and KYC information ;
sending proposals and onboarding of new business relationships ;
monitoring changes in relevant legislations and regulatory requirements ;
registration of the time spent during the day, cooperating with the issuing of invoices and obtaining of payment from debtors.
Accepting client directorship roles in relation to your key responsibilities

Requirements

Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline.
At least 1 year relevant experience.
Experience gained from professional firms is an advantage
Meticulous, well-organized, and self-motivated with positive working attitude
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
