One of our clients, specialised in biopharma and based in Vaud canton, is looking for a Senior Global Brand Manager for a replacement until the end of November 2022.

Your Tasks
  • Develop and shape the profile and strategy for immunology product(s) (primarily biosimilars), executing marketing activities for a significant product
  • Develop an overview of market dynamics in key target markets
  • Identify where market/customer insights and/or business case analysis are required to support the TPP and/or targeted commercial strategies. Conduct market research and related analyses as required ensuring customer & commercial insights are synthesized and integrated into development and commercial strategies.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets globally for the product; work with the DT to establish the target COGs/unit (and long-term COGs/unit improvements), and analyze its relation to net pricing across all key global markets
  • Map launch timing for all global target markets and ensure development activities to support the launch sequence are planned for (e.g. dossier submission timing, manufacturing capacity planning, etc.)
  • Define required patient support services, devices, e-health initiatives, companion diagnostics and collaborative partnerships to enhance the patient, provider, and payor customer experience
  • Ensure trademarks and memorable brand names are protected and approved by regulatory authorities to allow for launch across all relevant markets
  • Define the product level forecast and budgets with the Franchise Leader
  • Establish the product brand strategy and Brand plan, and the commercial strategic imperatives for the brand; define key implications for the development plan and ensure any new required development activities are identified
  • Interface with key markets, preparing and supporting the execution of launch readiness activities including GTMS, launch readiness plan mapping, identification of risks & opportunities and monitoring progress and KPIs
  • Definition of commercial strategies for an assigned global product launch including options to creatively grow the business through differentiation other than price
  • Work with the Franchise Leader to maintain the commercial commitment to the P&L for the assigned product
  • Supports and prepares the brand forecast assumptions
  • Defines required investment to support the commercialization of the product; work with the Franchise leader to define portfolio level synergies
Your Profile
  • MBA or similar education.
  • Fluent English mandatory, other languages an asset
  • > 8 Years in similar role in a multinational environment
  • Biosimilar, biologic, and/or specialty pharmaceutical experience; preference for experience in Mabs
  • Autoimmune experience required, preferably in rheumatology and gastroenterology; dermatology experience an asset
  • Experience working in global roles as well as country/region experience; deep experience in the US and EU-5 markets required
  • Launch preparation and launch experience required
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally and cross-geography
  • Strong understanding of customer needs with global view
  • Ability to deal with complexity and translate insights and conceptual ideas into strategies
